Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The DROP 001 Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Trill Western Supply Co. ("Sponsor"), 1112 E. Waylon Jennings Blvd., Littlefield, TX 79339. Questions: hello@trillwestern.com.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.
3. Entry period
The Giveaway begins at October 20, 2026, 7:00 PM Central Time and ends at October 29, 2026, 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
During the Entry Period, visit trillwestern.com, enter your email address in the giveaway form, confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules, and submit the form. Entering is free.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Email addresses are used to help enforce this limit; additional entries using the same email address are not counted. Any person found to have entered more than once (for example, by using multiple email addresses), or using automated, scripted or bulk entry methods, may be disqualified. Joining the Trill Western email waitlist is optional and is not required to enter or win.
5. Winner selection and odds
On or about October 30, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prize
One (1) prize: one first-production Trill Western Supply Co. T-shirt, in the winner's choice of available sizes. Approximate retail value: $35. The prize is shipped free of charge to a U.S. mailing address. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
7. Winner notification
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address used to enter within two (2) days of the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of that email to confirm eligibility, choose a size and provide a U.S. shipping address. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Publicity
Sponsor will publicly share the winner's name (such as first name and state) only with the winner's permission.
9. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned because of technical failure, fraud or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, if canceled, select the winner from eligible entries received before cancellation.
10. Release and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, by entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical errors of any kind.
11. Governing law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
12. Privacy
Entry information (your email address and the time you entered) is used only to run this Giveaway, including enforcing the one-entry limit and contacting the winner. Entering does not add you to any marketing list; you're added to the Trill Western waitlist only if you separately check the optional waitlist box. Entry data is deleted 90 days after the winner is confirmed. See our Privacy Policy.
13. Winner's name
To request the winner's name (first name and state), email hello@trillwestern.com with the subject "DROP 001 Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, X or any other social media platform.
